The NSW Government’s $34.3 million Enhancement Funding investment in women’s health has stabilised NSW Women’s Health Centres, rebuilt essential service infrastructure and expanded access to integrated physical and mental health care and support for women most in need. The NSW Women’s Health Centres: Enhancement Funding Collective Impact report presents a snapshot of work done by Women’s Health Centres since the 2023–24 Enhancement Funding was released – using the investment to rebuild their workforce and systems, develop and expand services, and deliver more accessible health care for women in NSW. Conservative modelling in 2022 suggested sustained investment in the Women’s Health Program would deliver a 78% return on investment to NSW Government. This report shows the Women’s Health Program delivered an 88% return on investment.
