Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Closed for lunch daily between 1.00pm – 2.00pm

English, Arabic and Vietnamese speaking workers available. Telephone Interpreting Services may be available. Please advise the service if you need an interpreter.

• Generalist counselling; Support with emotional and relationship issues including grief and trauma. Available for women aged 18 years or over. Women are invited to self-refer to this service.

• Dietitian; Available free of charge to support you with a range of nutrition issues including healthy eating, management of chronic health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart diseases

• Groups; workshops are run within school terms. Groups, workshops and activities are free or heavily discounted
• Health and well being presentations and programs at our Centre and other venues by arrangement

• Casework including DV Casework; A caseworker can assist with a range of issues including domestic and family violence support, crisis management, health, advocacy, referrals, planning and communication with other services. A case worker will work with you to achieve your goals.
